Heel Pain: Shoe Issues

There are various causes of heel pain. One of them is plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis can be caused due to wearing improperly fitted . Hence it becomes very essential to focus on your foot wear to get rid of the heel pain problem. You should have right kind of foot wear for the right kind of activity.

 
Right kind of shoe:

A shoe that is not properly fitting can cause problem with your foot arch and can thus be problematic for your feet. Especially athletes should focus upon their or lese they will notice the event of plantar fasciitis occurring. Usually, the ones that create trouble are the ones having inadequate cushioning towards the heel area and those having improper support around the arch or the middle area of the put. All this might lead to stress being imposed on the plantar fascia area of the foot and the heel leading to pain and inflammation.

One can easily find specially designed shoes for plantar fasciitis available in the market. You would not even require putting additional orthotics in these shoes to get relief from pain because such shoes already have all the required built-in attributes to offer complete relief to your feet from pain. These shoes also help you to overcome the shortage in the biomechanics of your feet. It is a good idea to use motion controlled hoes if you are suffering from plantar fasciitis because of flat feet or abnormal gait. Motion controlled shoes have got heavy and thick heels and their soles are having dual density. This helps to correct the walking style of the afflicted person and last long. 

People having less severe problem of heel pain can go for flexible shoe having less amount of dual-density in the midsole. They can also have a combination of motion controlled heel along with dual density midsole. Such shoes are called as stability. These shoes are built in a semi-curved last.

So, if you are planning to buy a shoe, you should see that the shoes should not have high heel, it should have appropriate cushioning towards the heel and the forefront. The heel should be able to lift upward when a downward pressure is put on the toe of the shoes. Usually, a good shoe is the one providing proper arch support to your feet and blends with your walking style.
